Azelene Williams is an accredited social worker, counsellor, author, international keynote speaker and confidence mindset resilience coach who combines professional expertise with powerful lived experience to deliver powerful, trauma-informed presentations.

For more than a decade, she has worked across mental health, trauma, addiction recovery, domestic and family violence prevention, and youth wellbeing, reaching more than 300,000 people through schools, corporate events, professional development training, and community outreach.

A woman who has rebuilt her life from the ground up more than once, Azelene speaks with raw honesty, warmth, and authenticity about resilience, fear, healing, and what it means to finally stop proving yourself — and start living.

Her keynote, Rave To The Grave: How to Stop Proving Yourself and Start Living Like You Mean It, inspires audiences to stop performing confidence and start building it from the inside out through courage, connection, movement, and purpose-driven living.

Let’s create a conversation that changes how your audience sees themselves.

Creating conversations that move people from awareness to action

I combine professional expertise, lived experience and honest storytelling to create conversations that stay with people long after I leave the stage.

My work explores trauma, resilience, confidence, mental health and the beliefs that shape how we see ourselves. Whether I am speaking to a corporate audience, working with young people or supporting someone individually, my goal remains the same.

I help people to put down what was never theirs to carry and move forward with greater confidence, clarity and self-belief.

Keynote Speaker

Powerful stories. Practical insight. Meaningful change.

My keynotes combine lived experience with professional knowledge to create psychologically safe, thought-provoking conversations about trauma, resilience, addiction, confidence and personal change.

I do not share my story for shock value. I share it to help people recognise what they may be carrying—and understand that their past does not have to control their future.

Each presentation is honest, engaging and grounded in practical strategies that audiences can apply to their own lives.

Let’s create a conversation that stays with your audience long after I leave the stage.

School Presentations

Young people need honest conversations—not sugar-coated messages.

My trauma-informed school presentations explore mental health, domestic and family violence, coercion and consent, vaping, addiction, self-worth, resilience and help-seeking.

I create age-appropriate conversations that help students recognise risk, challenge harmful beliefs and understand when and how to ask for support.

I work with individuals and professionals seeking gentle, ethical support for healing, reflection, and growth.

Ready to Create a Conversation That Matters?

I work with organisations, workplaces, conferences and schools that want more than an inspiring story. They want honest conversations, practical insight and meaningful change.

Let’s create an experience that stays with your audience long after I leave the stage.
